Some conceptual outfit sketches for a character I’ve described as ‘Touch-Tone Telephone’ mashed up with ‘There Are Many Benefits To Being A Marine Biologist.’
Continuation of concepts from the previous page, this time more story-based. If the girl on the lower right looks familiar, you may have seen her in my second sketchbook best for 2022!
Though I’ve never really gotten into the musical or seen it for myself, Hamilton’s green suit from his titular musical looked like too much fun to not reimagine as an outfit for myself.
During a peak of my bookbinding hobby, I started to sketch out an idea for a PowerEdd inspired book from Eddsworld, preferably with a leather cover. One day I’ll make it, I’m sure!
A more fully coloured and rendered portrait of myself in the Hamilton green suit look from earlier.
Some sketches and fleshing out of ideas on what to paint on a denim jacket as a gift for a friend - featuring the general vibe of ‘screw dictators!’ permeating throughout.
Sketchbook Best 2022 #5
Some of my favourite pieces from my sketchbooks for 2022 - all of these come from my fifth and final sketchbook of the year: a Strathmore Toned Tan spiralbound, circa September to November.
