I wanted to practice watercolour techniques and bleed with a more spacey theme while still feeling silly, so of course I memes myself pointing out the window of this spaceship.

The start of a collection design inspired by the idea of a Kermit the Frog Muppetbound. These preliminary sketches would become the starting point of the ‘Kermlection.’ (correct date 2023...)

More work on the Kermlection, with colour variation and picking, and choosing vest and shirt types. The Kermlection is based off the titular frog, but also inspired by Jim Henson’s outfits during the Muppet Show’s production.

My childhood Penguins of Madagascar phase had hit me with a wave of nostalgia then, so I tried painting Skipper and creating my own persona who would fit in the context of the Central Park Zoo: a pine marten!

Though technically fanart, these two are secretly merfolk of different kinds in the 60’s, but don’t know it of the other; leading to an investigation of paranormal marine biology and falling in love with each other… and maybe an acid trip along the way.

A spread of colours and a detailed capsule wardrobe list for one of the previous characters, Metzli Tapachula. She’s a travelling paranormal marine biologist with her own secrets in the ‘60s, so being prepared for anything is in order.
