I'd gotten inspired by the composition and implications of 'Fallen Angel' by Alexandre Cabanel (1847), so I'd begun trying to sketch thumbnails of what could be an inverse painting to be a 'mirror' to it.

With the rising mainstream popularity of 'Welcome Home' at the time, bolstered by a small Muppets phase, I started to create my own WH character: a librarian guest star on who escaped early and later became a detective investigating the lurking horrors.

More concepts of my Welcome Home puppet character, now named Sophie Sticcated, during her librarian days! I'd sketched this one out with the intention of her being more true to her 'puppet' self, hence the arm rods.

Returning to the lurking horrors behind Welcome Home's revival following the years after her escape, Detective Sophie Sticcated is armed with a banana gun, a magnifying glass and a thirst for the truth against the corruption.
