The original sketch in my fourth sketchbook in the year, done with pilot eno sketch leads and inked with ballpoint pen.
The same as before, but brightened and upped contrast with my phone's photo editing capabilities to focus on the inks.
What started as searching to find a way to tradigitally keep the Darling siblings' colour palettes accurate after finding it darkened underneath the lighting of a sketchbook paper, turned into one of my absolute favourite colouring and rendering methods I've accidentally come across. It's the magic of pen on paper sketchiness turning into what I've called the 'fake anime screenshot' method.
